I posted all the wastegate swap photos at this URL. Also, I replaced the thin-wall vacuum hose with a more robust, 3/16" fuel hose from NAPA, and put worm-gear clamps on in place of the Zip-ties. The connection is a lot more solid now. If I can find a screw-in fitting for the compressor housing with a smaller hose barb, I will switch it to 1/8" hose instead. The 3/16" hose is a tad loose at the wastegate, and a little snug at the compressor fitting.

I sent another email to the vendor I bought this stuff from. I'll probably try to call them next week so I can post the final info here, and y'all can either order from them, or find your own source. Stay tuned...
