The relaxed position of the vacuum actuator is wastegate flap wide open. The relaxed position of the pressure actuator is wastegate flap fully closed. Wouldn't you want to adjust the length of the pressure actuator to match the vacuum actuator with full vacuum applied? Did you check that the pressure actuator has as much stroke as the vacuum actuator or at least as much stroke as the swing of the wastegate flap arm?
WRT the video, why did you remove the vacuum reservoir from the BFS circuit? That's not an emissions device and it doesn't hurt performance. On the other hand, I don't know under what conditions there wouldn't be sufficient vacuum for the BFS. It's not like it loses supply vacuum at WOT or full load.
