Oil useage poll
I see a lot of disparity on oil useage, am curious what normal is. Anyone willing to post data on their engine(s), it seems like this format should work
year/model/engine Oil useage (qts/miles) Miles, verified? Oil brand/type Leaks: Describe I'll start, think mine is fairly normal _____________________________ '87 300Dt 603turbo 1/2qt / 5000miles 198,000, matches CARFAX but no complete records Mobil Syn. TurboDiesel & Truck 5W-50 No leaks __________________________ I don't know if you can vote twice if you have more than one car, I did check the box for multiple choice if you want to check multiple boxes.
