turbobenz, talked to Garrett figured out what his scheme is with the trannys. he needs another tranny for his 300D (the black pick and Pull car) and hes getting a tranny for an SD from this guy. so hes looking to trade you.

yes but its not "for sure" yet so its got me worried. Its one of those things where you just have a bad feeling it wont happen. I took the tailhousing off the sd's tranny to see whats involed, that end of the deal is extremely minor and easy, but the 300d's tranny tailhousing is probably a mess of gears for the mechanical speedo so I havent touched that. If the deal doesnt follow through ill have to swap them

yeah I'm with you. thats why i called it a scheme. love Garrett as i do he schemes a lot and sometimes they don't fallow thought. i priced out the parts i need to do the tranny swap. and its gonna take another 200 bucks, just in parts and I'd like to have another 100 in Oops money for the small thinks you gotta buy when doing this crap. so most likely next month for the swap.
