Name this fuel fitting I broke.. 97 E300

This black plastic fitting broke on me after doing my DV seals and gaskets. I had everything back together, started the car and it was leaking pretty good from it, then when I went to "fiddle" with it, it snapped...

I found a diagram but it didn't have the part number for this exact part also anyone know if it comes with the plastic line since thats looking a little old and could probably be replaced as well.

This isn't a picture of my car, I just stole it from someone on here.

Thanks
Zack

That's the 'return line from injection pump to fuel filter' - part#: A 606 070 05 32. That part# is for a 606.962 ('98 & '99), not sure if your 606.912 uses the same.

Yeah, it is #119 on the diagram and it comes complete with the clear line too. I think it costs about $8. While you are in there be sure to replace the crush washer and o-ring on the banjo bolt on the other end of it. Since that is the one line you need to pull the intake manifold off to get out I'd suggest you replace them all while you have it off so you won't be chasing leaks for a couple of more years.

Gracias gentlemen! A lot of the other lines are fairly new and I do have that Viton O-Ring kit so hopefully that 1 line and crush washer will be the end of it... Heres hoping the dealer has it in stock tomorrow!

Thanks!
Zack

Need dealer part numbers for these E300 fuel lines

Enclosed is the fuel line diagram for a E300 diesel. Could someone help me match the numbers on this diagram with the excat dealer part numbers for the same part? Thanks

Pertaining to line 119, since the diagrams do not tell you exactly where and what part is where. What gets installed first on the banjo nut? The copper crush washer or the O ring? I am thinking the copper washer goes against the banjo nut but want to be sure.

Looking at the diagram again the same question is which washer on the large (8) fuel filter banjo nut also?
