Red And Green Lights Flashing

So I've replaced my GPs and the GP controller which was fried and the *!!!#** 96 still wont start if the temp dips below 50 degrees.
The red and green lights under the mirror start to flash before the gp light goes out and it is a no go.
Does anybody have any idea what is going on?
I've replaced the K40 with no result. New battery too.
I'm starting to get pissed with this thing.
