The American emigrants had the right to use the Budweiser name in North America... Current litigation involves NA Budweiser exports to Europe...

The REAL Budweiser is "Budvar" from the Czech Republic. It is not available in the US due to copyright infringement, which is a damned shame as it is good beer, unlike that dish Wasser that is pumped out of St. Louis.

Wrong.

Look at truck stops where You have two fuels available - ULSD and old LSD. LSD is either the same price or few cents less

No, the west coast states need to back off of the high cost specialty one and two state fuel blends that they continue to mandate. There also needs to be a relaxation of permitting rules out there so that existing refineries can be expanded in less than 20 years and/or that new ones can be built in a timely manner. Otherwise what you see is what you're gonna continue to get.

Find a way to get the greedy governor to back down on fuel taxes! Yeah, good luck with that! Washington state has some of the highest fuel taxes and most of the poorest roads! Ironic, isn't it?

Considering that Exxon Mobil posted the highest profits of any U.S. company ever I think they and the people they are paying off who came from the oil industry, Bush-Cheney, are the people you need to talk to, not the West Coast because you don’t like them at least trying to clean up some pollution.
It seems like when the West does something everyone *****es about it and then a while later all the other states start adopting the same policies.

I don't know about that - every time I've driven down to California, the freeways have rattled my teeth out. Oregon roads are lovely.
