Allied Washoe on 4th (2500 East 4th St.) sells bio-d (B99.9) as well as kerosene and a bunch of other fuels.

It's a "bulk" fuel supplier but you can also just pull up to their bio-d pump and they'll fill you up, there's no minimums for their fuels, but the various fuels do get cheaper the more you buy.

When I went there last week it was $3.75/gallon for B99.9, and $3.45/gallon for kerosene.

Houston Biodiesel just went up to $3.69/gal today for B100. That's 10 cents more expensive than the cheapest diesel pump in town, and 30 cents cheaper than the most expensive diesel pumps in town.
Houston Biodiesel has really spiked up in its prices over the past few weeks in accord with petro diesel. On March 5th, they went up from $3.19 to $3.25, two days later they went from $3.25 to $3.40, and today, they went up 19 cents to their current price. As long as it's substantially cheaper than petrol diesel and meets ASTM standards for B100, I'll fill up with it. Even with the 10% loss in fuel mileage, I'll still come out slightly ahead than paying more for $4/gal diesel. I can run B100 for the time being without worrying about gelling, it's supposed to be about 90 degrees tommorow! But watch, it's probably going to be below freezing next week. That's Houston weather for ya.

thanks for the tip. I know right where they're at. Been wanting to try some in one of mine. That beats $5.45 for sure.

$5.45 a gallon for biodiesel . I buy B100 from my local co-op for $3.50 per gallon. Website is www.piedmontbiofuels.com. I can also buy from a producer in Raleigh, Triangle Biodiesel, for $3.00 per gallon in quantities as small as 5 gallons. That site is www.trianglebiodiesel.com. If you are local check these out. They also deliver for home storage.

Looks like I'm getting some bio-D in the near future. Thanks for the tip

Anyone else know where to get bio cheap in Atlanta? That was the quote from SA White Oil I nearly dropped the phone....
Tell them you want B-99, that should save you 99 cents a gallon.

Another vote for Rob and Refuel. Simple to use, too.

I just got B20 from Bently in Minden for $3.84. I spent about fifteen minutes talking with the guy there, and he said they can get you B100, but don't recommend it in the current weather. (It's snowing right now.) He also said they're going to build a regular-looking fuel station with c-store and various blends of biodiesel and ethanol.

Good to know, thanks for the update. Nice that they're not gouging like some are, that's the same price as it is in Reno as of yesterday. I only get down there once in awhile but if I do I can make sure and top off. Yeah, It's a little cool right now for B100 (as I watch the snow fly here)
