Make your own for 70 cents a gallon
I'd heard it's cheap to make your own. One guy's doing it actually for 50 cents a gallon. Plus you can use an excess to heat your home if you have a biodiesel heater.

It's a "bulk" fuel supplier but you can also just pull up to their bio-d pump and they'll fill you up, there's no minimums for their fuels, but the various fuels do get cheaper the more you buy. When I went there last week it was $3.75/gallon for B99.9, and $3.45/gallon for kerosene.

This place was always 30-40cents less a gallon than reg diesel in the past, and they are a wholsaler, not just bio, all fuels.

I am part of a co-op in Los Angeles, we just got B99 for $4.10/gal. And that was a steal compared to some other quotes - $4.50, $4.20. Dino-D is rising too, and 89 unleaded is pushing $4 out here too. Definitely spending more time on the scooter these days!

Houston Biodiesel just went up to $3.69/gal today for B100. That's 10 cents more expensive than the cheapest diesel pump in town, and 30 cents cheaper than the most expensive diesel pumps in town.
Houston Biodiesel has really spiked up in its prices over the past few weeks in accord with petro diesel. On March 5th, they went up from $3.19 to $3.25, two days later they went from $3.25 to $3.40, and today, they went up 19 cents to their current price. As long as it's substantially cheaper than petrol diesel and meets ASTM standards for B100, I'll fill up with it. Even with the 10% loss in fuel mileage, I'll still come out slightly ahead than paying more for $4/gal diesel. I can run B100 for the time being without worrying about gelling, it's supposed to be about 90 degrees tommorow! But watch, it's probably going to be below freezing next week. That's Houston weather for ya.

i was there just the other day and it was $3.85/gal, which is only about 5 cents cheaper than the dino diesel in my area. its gone up 85 cents since the first time i went there about 4 months ago. their rent/property tax is probably going up alot in that neighborhood, so its probably not ALL gouging. alot more hippies moving into the area too, driving up demand

at the Fast Fuel in Olympia Washington it 4.67 for B99 and 4.25 for B20. Dino was 3.96. methanol went up to 6 bucks a gallon from 1.90 (thanks to the new plant in Aberdeen) and now all the restaurant around here want money for used oil. otherwise I would still be making it. all setup but its just sitting there doing nothing.

Tell them you want B-99, that should save you 99 cents a gallon.
