Darn 300SD Windows!- Where's the Relay!!! - PeachParts Mercedes-Benz Forum

All my windows stopped working:

I checked the fuses.
I checked the switches.

Since they all stopped at once, I am led to believe that it is the ice cube
relay...but I don't know which of the five relays controls the windows.

Any help would be appreciated.

Replace fuse #7.

Thanks for that (I hadn't seen the window relay fuse indication), unfortunately it didn't solve the issue... the relay did click when I put the new fuse in though- I assume this means the relay is still good?

Any other thoughts? It is my day off and rainy here in Hilo town (rainiest place in America).

Turn the key to the #2 position.

Check for voltage at fuses "a" and "b".

I have voltage, though it seems a little less~ 9.8-10.8

Any other things to check?

Why is there a range of 9.8-10.8?? The voltage should be steady.

What's the battery voltage? Is the battery voltage steady??

Are you using a digital meter...........??? What brand???
