Anyone with a US/Euro EPC? Transmission ID Needed

Does anyone have an EPC? What is a 717 421 00 002453 transmission? It's from an unknown year 280GE.

Is it by chance a 4 speed or a...5 speed?

I found the same thing. No need to have a Euro EPC. I have the regular subscription.

Update, I identified the trans as being from a 1986 280GE.....and it's a 5 speed Getrag.

The question now is if it will bolt up to a OM617.910 with a 300D flywheel, clutch and pressure plate.....and finding the shifter and pieces to make it fit into a W115....

Old problem commonly asked here. This tranny will not bolt up to the 617's. Starter hump on wrong side.

The 717.421 has the starter on the passenger side, it's currently bolted to an M110 motor.

Well I humbly admit my mistake. It appears the 717.42X tranny could have the hump on either side. I was recently looking at one and the hump was on the driver's side. It was from a M102 2.3L.
The 717.421 has it on the passenger side and the 717.422 has it on the driver's side.
