Can you access the fuel door pod? In my wagon it's easy access inside the first aid kit door area. Can you test the fuel door lines from inside the trunk?

Not that I have seen yet. It's not as readily accessible as the wagon. I might be able to dig deeper and find the access point.

You can always start taking off the door panels. Although when pulling vac on the lines, you should be able to tell which pod you are testing, by looking for door lock knob activity. That is, unless both sides of the actuator are leaking or you are upstream in the vacuum tree.

I'm starting to get really confused.
I think I've excluded the following: Rear driver's door Trunk Fuel door Front Passenger door Passenger rear door is suspect Now testing red and green lines from floor on passenger side back to the driver's door lock. Red holds when disconnected from door lock. Green does not. Need to find out why the green line from driver's door to passenger floor is leaking.

Kerry,
I just read elsewhere, that your model has a second vac reservoir under the driver side fender.

OK. Found a major source of the problem. The green line had cracked in the driver's door/hinge rubber boot about 4 or 5 years ago. I had fixed it by cutting it in two and adding a rubber hose to join the two sections together. That short section of rubber hose broke in two. I'm surprised. I thought the flexible rubber would last longer than that. It failed last winter so I think the cold weather must have contributed to its failure.
It's a ***** working with a broken line inside that rubber boot. I'm going to see if I can remove the short broken piece of rubber from the inboard end and reattach it to the remaining rubber hose still attached to the outboard line.
