I have been lurking for a fiew months on this forum, but never needed to join, you can find almost anything on here via search. I aquired a 83 300SD in fair shape for a good price recently. I've been watching for a 300 for over a year. I plan on making BioD and running the car on it. On to my real questions though.

First, does anyone have an "explosion diagram" or parts diagram for the lower area of the oil filter? I have a leak in that area and I think there is a seal or gasket that seals the filter housing to the IP/Block area, I belive that is where my leak is. Bimmer fans (me as well) have realoem.com and it has great diagrams w/ part names and numbers, but I can't find anything like that for MB. Could someone please post a photo of this?

Also, does anyone have and WORKING links to a PDF or something shop manual? I've been brousing here for a fiew days trying to find one that works. All the posts reguarding this are 2 years old or more and the links either don't work (Site Cannot Be Found) or the manual no longer exists. Or if someone has a copy they could email me that would be great also. I just need the engine manual for now. I have several problems I need to work out.
