Exclamation catistrophic failure of my steering....

driving home tonight I was hitting the brakes (not all that hard) heard a "ping", "Twang", and "tink tink tink". All of a sudden the steering was very erratic, sometimes pulling hard to the right, breaking pulled right, other times fairly true steering.

I got off the main road and took the back roads home, fairly straight drive, nice and slow.

Got home, pushed the dead truck out of the garage, drove the car in pulled the wheel and guess what fell off? The UCA Bushing where it meets the torsion bar

in this picture its the part between the ball joint and where the UCA mounts to the chassis.

I really thought I got everything assembled properly and to correct torque, but I guess not .

Sooo....
What is the actual part for the bolt and washer to re-assemble this?
Obviously I'll need one of these:

But I'm not sure what to do about the bolt and washer (or at least I don't know where in the catalog to find them....

Never mind how pissed I am at myself for obviously doing something wrong on my rebuild (though everything else looks good).

This is a repair kit for the end of the sway bar. It rusts and snaps off.

If the upper control arm snapped where the sway bar fits into the upper control arm then you will have to replace the whole upper control arm.

Thanks for the reply.
Nothing seems to have broken, just the bolt worked loose, so I need a new bolt and retainer washer(s). I had just replaced the UCA's and fortunately they didn't break.
I'll buy the entire repair kit if I need to, but can one special order just the bolt and washers?

Bought the bits at the dealer today...
Not nearly as expensive as I anticipated (and they were all in stock!)
About $12 for the parts + lunch for the ride out there
