oil pump failing? OM603

OK, this car has been a total lemon since I have bought it, I have rebuilt the turbo, then replaced the cartridge when it blew catastrophically. I was told the engine was rebuilt 20k mi ago when I bought it (about 2k mi ago), but there is a good bit of blow-by. I am getting a good bit of blue-ish smoke while driving, I don't really know how much oil I am burning because I keep loosing a bunch from the turbo breaking. The oil pressure has been looking ok from what I can tell (3 at acceleration, and when cold, about 1.5 or so when warm at idle)

I am sure I have a few problems, but I don't want the whole engine to be destroyed. I am really just afraid to drive this car at this point. I don't want anything to break again. I just need to keep it runing until the 09' come out and I decide what I want. My 300CD is great, I guess you can't win them all...right? OK, done whining...any ideas?
