Under the center console, just in front of the shift lever.

Hey thanks alot. Whats the access? The plate where the window switches are at lifts up but thats behind the shift lever. Are you saying between the shift lever and the ashtray? Thanks.

Yes, between the shift lever and the ash tray. Remove the ash tray and loosen the screws, then slide the wooden piece back and lift. Be carfeful not to break the clip at the rear of the wooden piece.

Also before doing that, depress the emergency flasher red button a few times. Sometimes it is sticky and will not allow turn signals to work.

Ok thanks. After locating the relay, disconnecting connector, reinstalling connector, operating the emer. flashers; well now the turn signals are working again. Problem is I tried all this at one time instead of one thing at a time. Thanks for the good info. When they quit again now I know where to go.
Thanks again.
