I'm moving to the New London area of Connecticut and was wondering if anyone could recommend a good mechanic for my 1985 300D in that area.

Thats to far away from me, but I do know the dealer up their, MB of New London has an excellent reputation, probably the best in the state. A lady I know in Milford had her 420SEL serviced their since new.

Unfortunately, I don't knwo any mechanics in CT I trust. But there is a pretty good support network of MB diesel enthusiast around here.

I do my own repair but I'm told the M.B. dealer in New London is good but you pay 99$ per hour and their parts are fair M.B. oil filter 15$ anti freeze 15$. My sister inlaw uses A-1 repair in niantic and is happy. I do know the best seafood around is Captain Scotts Lobster Dock Yum Yum. Welcome to Southeastern Ct.

Carriage house is a good dealership. But yeah not many good mercedes mechanics in ct.
