2005 E320 (W211) CDI down on power

Folks, I hope this car is not to new for this forum.

I have an 05 E320 CDI that just recently lost power. The fuel filter was changed at the beginning of March. Just recently it went into a preset fuel program, it will get you down the road but just won't kick you in the seat of the pants. The following codes are pressent: 2043 Wastegate solenoid A, 2009 fuel air metering and aux intake manifold runner control low, 0489 egr control low and 0102 Mass air low flow A.
I have not open the hood and poked around yet, Anyone have a good place to start looking.
I am also getting a Coolant warning see workshop, all is good as far as coolant level and condition, however I have noticed the cooling fan does not high speed cycle just after start up, it used to roar for a few seconds and will not go into high speed mode. Also when you get in town traffic (100 degrees F.) the AC is cycled off until you get moving along again.
When the temp gauge shows just a smidge above 100C the A/C compressor will cut out until you get moving again.

60K miles she runs good (just on it's own air/fuel program) no power when you stick your foot in it.

Sounds like a faulty MAF sensor. Do you have a "performance" air filter in it by chance?

I was also thinking mas af I have some cleaner by CRC, I'll give that a go.

Not sure on the air filter, whatever MBZ dealers use.
