I've got one of those 200k seats and it's absolutely shredded and in pieces. The shoulderpiece on the seat back has the stuffing showing at one place where the covering has let go... the springs are obviously having issues of some kinds, and the biggest problem is that the seat upholstery, down at the bottom front rim, is no longer attached by any means to the seat frame. Thus, the springs are free to sort of completely decompress whenever you get out of the car and go wherever they like when you sit back down. There's no way to reattach with what we've got because that stiff strip that's supposed to be attached at the bottom edge of the seat upholstery and serve to hold as an attachment point to the seat frame... well, that stiff bit is completely gone and the leather down where it used to attach is shredded as well.
Can't really afford new seat covering material, I don't think - and that's about the point I'm to.
Oddly enough it's still a reasonably comfortable ride.
