Linkage adjustment procedure

Could someone kindly point me to a comprehensive linkage
adjustment tutorial for the w123? I can find a bunch of
posts but not a step by step. Funny thing is after reading
some posts, I'd use a bit of white grease as a lube rather
than MB ATF. Grit kinda floats on top of grease for a time.
Something like ATF, once dirt hits it, instant sandpaper
because it's thin.

White lithium grease is what my FSM recommends.
