Anybody know if any of the parts stores, etc.
would stock fuel line that will handle Bio fuels?

I will be replacing lines on the coupe this weekend
and while I am at it, I may as well make it "Bio Ready"

What is the stuff called anyway? Vitrol? Vitol????

I think you mean Viton. It is one of the materials that can survive BioDiesel, SVO and WVO. They have Hose and O-rings made of that material
There was a thread about 2 weeks ago where a member was asking if he could use "Fuel Injection Hose" for Biodiesel use. See if you can find that thread. The conclusion was that tie inside was lined by a material that is similar to Viton. Also the GoodYear Hose site listed it as sutiable for Biodiesel. All that info is in the other thread.

Any auto parts store should have fuel injection hose that is rated for biofuel. You want 5/16"

auto parts store have BD hoses like kragen/csk. i found goodyear bd hoses that were pretty expensive, but luckily, i know the parts manager

look at my most recent thread on fuel hoses. a little gotcha! if you find it.

not all hoses are 5/16". the return line on mine is 3/8" and is about 19" long

dont forget the IP o-rings, o-rings in the rear supply line, etc, etc

Any hose with a rating SAE 30R9 has a viton lining, and will work for biodiesel. Not all fuel injection hose will stand up to biodiesel. But if it has the above rating it will. So just make sure you have that and you'll be fine.
