throttle pivot broken

So I was under the hood of the 82 to replace a burned out headlight and noticed the throttle linkage pivot unit that is attached to the firewall was hanging down!
A closer look showed that the material that holds the unit to the bracket was crumbling, it seems like some kind of putty, and allowed the unit to come loose.
I removed the unit from the car and peeled off the rest of the stuff that held it in.
For now I slipped a piece of rubber tubing over the actual pivot ion the back of the linkage and jammed it back into the firewall bracket. It works but it is not a permanent fix.
It looks like the pivot is held the the linkage piece with snaprings and is replaceable.
Is this piece available or do I need to replace the entire bracket and linkage?
