I have an 85SD with ABS. The lower ball joints are bad, but that is all that I can find wrong with the car's front end.
So I decided to just put the assembly from my 82 parts car onto the 85.
the 85 has ABS. Can I just remove this stuff? or do I have to replace the Ball joints in the 85?

As far as I know the ABS does not work. I have locked the tires up several times.
