>>Ballpark?

Sorry, this might not be directly helpful, but, I had 6 new nozzles fitted and balanced for £200 about a year ago. There have been some changes in the exchange rate since then!

I'm betting that your injection timing is not set properly. Get the timing set on your injection pump and I'm betting that will straighten out your glow plug problem.

I am sure phil can get them, or you can get 5 remans from various websites for about $40/ea, but that does not mean they are balanced together.

best bet is to pull them out and take them to a local shop, have them checked, or just get new nozzles and get them balanced. replace the heat shields, too. member cseanpils may still sell monarch nozzles.

How do I set injection timing? I'd bet it's never been adjusted.

This reminds me that I have shimmed the ALDA on this car. Would that make a difference in this discussion?
