Sorry, this might not be directly helpful, but, I had 6 new nozzles fitted and balanced for £200 about a year ago. There have been some changes in the exchange rate since then! |

I'm betting that your injection timing is not set properly. Get the timing set on your injection pump and I'm betting that will straighten out your glow plug problem.

I am sure phil can get them, or you can get 5 remans from various websites for about $40/ea, but that does not mean they are balanced together.
best bet is to pull them out and take them to a local shop, have them checked, or just get new nozzles and get them balanced. replace the heat shields, too. member cseanpils may still sell monarch nozzles.

How do I set injection timing? I'd bet it's never been adjusted.
This reminds me that I have shimmed the ALDA on this car. Would that make a difference in this discussion?
