Thinking of selling 93 300D 2.5T

I'm not sure if this is allowed, so smack me down if it isn't.

After 10 years and 270K miles with NOMOJO, my faithful companion, it's time to move on, so I thought I'd check here first to see if there's any interest. Although it's been my daily driver, and I wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere, it has LOTS of problems. I've been very tolerant because I knew I'd be getting another car so I just sort of let things go. For instance, the turbo has been sluggish for the last year, and I just drop down a gear to get its attention. A local shop tried to fix a diff leak (ASD) and it's been crunching on slow turns since (they had my car for 3 weeks and I didn't want to take it back) Most importantly right now, the defroster fan went out again (module and brushes replaced about 100K miles ago) So, while this is more than a parts care, the work needed to make everything right exceeds the value. My plan was to just drive it until it hit the 1/2 million kilometer mark and donate it.
I'm not sure when the replacement E320 wagon will be ready - might be a month - but I'll probably advertise this one for $1,000 firm. If anyone is interested, I'm in NE PA about 30 miles north of Philadelphia. My email address is zeiglerr@comcast.net

might want to post this in the classified section, might get more eyeballs.

If you donate, it might end up in a Pick N pull. seem like they get a lot of them from there.
