took me about 15 working hours to rebuild my ACC box in the 123. changed the heater core and evaporator, rebuilt all pods, took every piece apart and cleaned the whole thing. there is so much to do while you are in there too.
its a big job, not hard, just tedious keeping all the little parts straight. a camera is invaluable for reference later on. dd
