how bad heater core replace 83 300sd?

havent done a benz core before lookin to see what im in for

Complete removal of dash and heater box. Have fun.

took me about 15 working hours to rebuild my ACC box in the 123. changed the heater core and evaporator, rebuilt all pods, took every piece apart and cleaned the whole thing. there is so much to do while you are in there too.

its a big job, not hard, just tedious keeping all the little parts straight. a camera is invaluable for reference later on.

Yea, pay attention to the way the dash attaches below the A-pillars!

Did my evap over a couple of weekends.
