Hmmm. Ramsey NJ is where he supposedly is based on the dateline at the beginning of the article.
NJ has the highest insurance rates in the country, yet that is presumably his car in the picture that he's standing in front of and it has Vermont plates.

At the very least I bet VT insurance is lower.
