Ok here is the skinny, when I drive any where ( but I notice it more in the mornings on the way to work) I have the head lights on and the blower fan running and about 2 miles from the house, the lights will get brighter and the fan speeds up.

It's almost like it's running on say 10 volts and then BAM 13.2 volts or something like that. Any one have this happen???

I am thinking that the voltage regulator is slowly going out???
