So, there is water or fuel or a combo on the side of my car coming from the fuel door.
You know how there is a space, like a catch all space under the gas cap?
Mine has been filling up with water or fuel or bio and just sits there until I move. Then is dribbles out of there and all down the side of my car.
Looks awful and I can't seem to get the marks off the car without ruining the clear coat.

First, is there supposed to be a drain in that so the extra fuel dumps out the bottom of the car and not the side?

Second, does anyone know of a really good cleaner I can use to get the gunk off the side of the car without hurting the paint?
