Even with a totally plugged or dysfunctional ALDA the car should not have an acceleration problem that bad.

Does it smoke at all? If it does, what color?

Check if your brakes are dragging.
Check that you're really starting in 1st or 2nd instead of 3rd or 4th.
Check if the turbo spins freely (with the engine off).
Check boost pressure.
Check if the EGR is stuck open, then make a block off plate while you have it removed.

I'm looking forward to that video, it should help a bit. Please also video a few seconds of the engine bay with it running while you've got the camera out.
Will take the video now, but before i do, i want to respond to the other stuff i have done.

i have replaced the brakes just a few weeks ago, nothing changed and there were no issues.

I thought i was really starting in each correct gear, might need a fool proof way of checking that tho.

I have already installed the EGR blocking kit and removed the Vacuum lines going to the passenger side of the engine.
*Quick question regarding above... Should i disconnect the power cable that goes to the Y31/1 (Exhaust gas recirculation valve)? it is no longer used.

i need to get a boost pressure gauge and check the turbo.

woot

well, i found the issue.

I cleaned the sensor, and now it drives with much more power. now i have to fix the K1 spring and see if she shifts better. currently i have to leave the vac line to the tranny disconnected, or else it will flare like mad.

thanks for all your help.
