The bolts are (IIRC) covered by a plastic cover. You'll need the seat all of the way forward and up to reach them. Then remove the clip (or is it a bolt? I forgot) that attaches the seat belt receiver to the rail.
The wiring connection just unplugs though it can take some tugging to get it appart. Removing the seat assembly from the base isn't too hard. The two bolts on either side should just come right out. The front two Phillips head bolts though can be a minor PITA as they appear to be sealed using loctite. You could try heating them up to melt the loctite or just use penetrating oil and elbow grease. If doing the latter be sure and have a bolt remover handy in case you strip the head. |

If you are talking about removing the seats from the base (assuming that these are electric) there are two bolts on the side of the rail that go into the metal part of the seat bottom. If you are talking about the whole assembly bolted to the car there are two obvious bolts in the back bolted to the floor pan.

The bolts are difficult to access if you can't raise the seat rear and run it forward. I used a die-grinder on one.

Again, assuming electric seats if the motors are working you can just apply power to move them. If the motors themselves are inop you can remove the cover on the worm on one side, remove the helical half of the worm gear, the with a slight pressure you can pry the seat up.
