W124 Fuse guide help

I have this 87 300D Turbo(is it a DT?) with electric issues, major issues.

So part of the harness has melted wires in it. It's not a big surprise because in addition to all the jacked up stereo/amp do it yourself in the inner city wiring, I found about 30 fuses all over the car. My favorite fuses I found on the passenger floor were wrapped in tin foil.

Anyway, there are four fuses missing from under the hood. 6, 7, 9 and C. Can someone tell me what circuits are on these fuses. Each of those fuse positions have wire melting damage in the fuse box. I have melted wires behind the instrument cluster too.

I want to get a better idea of what circuits are inoperative and compare them with known electrics that do not work(seats, blower, windows etc). I am not sure if I am going to splice in a good used harness or rebuild this one. Either way I need to get the wiring diagrams... looks like I need to buy cd's.

Thanks
