My free exhaust tip that i found on the road was boring so i when to wally-mart and bought a resonated exhaust for 12 bucks spray it black ( original color chrome  ) now it dose not fart, it has a deep sound... watch video...

Well I do not mean to thread jack, but this is what I did to my SD Wednesday morning. I still have the original hood so I can go back to normal at anytime. I'm just having too much fun right now driving around watching the black smoke pour out when I floor it.

My straight pipe just ends sawed off a bit inboard from the bumper....it doesn't have a fart sound....more of a rumble....sounds very much like a big truck.
 I don't know what to say about the stack. Wow. It needs to go! (But I want to see a video first!)

how the heck do you check your oil level with that thing in the way, is the hood even bolted down??? I would be nicer if there is 5, 2in pipe sticking out of the passanger fender
all blowing smoke like those OLD WW2 war birds..

I agree it'd be pretty cool to have it blasting out the passenger fender.
With soot all over the car. Gotta wonder if the local law enforcement would like it though.

i guess if you aim the passanger fender exhaust down might reduce the soot on the fender, but the bundits will get the punishment of soot and brake dust

It is actually very easy to pop the hood. Just one clamp and a ratchet with a 5/16" socket takes it off in less than 45 seconds. I'll take more pictures and a video and post them tonight. I bought everything from Auto Zone one night on a whim. Haha

In all honesty, there isn't much difference in noise when the windows are up. When they are down, it is only a bit louder. Not enough to make it unbearable.
