I probably shouldn't comment yet because I haven't finished my rebuild yet, but it seems fairly straightforward. If you are going to go through all the trouble to pull the beast and change the seals , it seems silly not to go ahead and replace the clutches. If it has over 200K, and you want to keep the car for a long time, go for it.
