I have an 80 300TD wagon with a trans thats slipping....its a 722.118.What else can I bolt up there.Was thinking of a newer model 722.4xx....will this work?Finding a good 722.118 is not easy!

Anything for 617 will bolt up. The question is the electrical and vacuum connections. Which may or may not be a big deal, but you'd probably need access to other parts from the donor car.
