Difference in euro vs us om603 exhaust manifold?
Is it just me or is there a difference between the euro and us versions of the manifold? I am looking for this specific manifold from a W140

No EGR in Europe on the pictures of the engines I've seen.

that probably explains some things.
but the two manifolds I'm showing in the pictures are completely different right? It's not just some funny camera angle is it? turbo flange on the euro ones is right behind cylinders 3 and 4, and thats not the case in the US one. anyone have part numbers for these? |

Yes. Top is from a W140 and bottom is from a W124. The difference between the top one and a euro manifold is the casting for the EGR port.
