Difference in euro vs us om603 exhaust manifold?
Is it just me or is there a difference between the euro and us versions of the manifold? I am looking for this specific manifold from a W140
   all other OM603 manifolds ive seen look like this:

No EGR in Europe on the pictures of the engines I've seen.

that probably explains some things.
but the two manifolds I'm showing in the pictures are completely different right? It's not just some funny camera angle is it? turbo flange on the euro ones is right behind cylinders 3 and 4, and thats not the case in the US one. anyone have part numbers for these?
