Started 300d with no oil
I was doing a bunch of work today on my car and made a horrible mistake. Did an oil change and was distracted and started the car with no oil. I only had it started for about 1-2 minutes. The car seems to be running with no issues but I am worried I may have scored a bearing or did some internal damage to the cam etc. Could I have done any major damage in that short period of time? Any recomendations on what I should do after doing something that stupid.

i did an even more boneheaded thing today so don't kick yourself too much. i was thinking yesterday i might build this pretty nice crashed 560sec i picked up instead of parting it out...until i basically totaled it today w/ my own rollback truck
 if that car wasn't a tweener i'd be more pissed but i still fell like a jackass

Fill it up with oil and hope for the best. Didn`t do it any good for sure, but maybe no real harm. time will tell.
Getting distracted can sure screw things up. I accidently put 16 qts in a couple years ago, (long story) engine was sounding different and acting weard. I was blowing smoke out the rear, and just knew something bad happened to it. Later that night in bed it hit me, you dumb so&%!@%$&, how could you be so stupid? .Drained it and all was well at the proper level. Charlie
