Started 300d with no oil

I was doing a bunch of work today on my car and made a horrible mistake. Did an oil change and was distracted and started the car with no oil. I only had it started for about 1-2 minutes. The car seems to be running with no issues but I am worried I may have scored a bearing or did some internal damage to the cam etc. Could I have done any major damage in that short period of time? Any recomendations on what I should do after doing something that stupid.
