I decided to look at why my center vents aren't opening.

The vacuum pod holds vacuum and actuates when I apply vacuum to the #6 line on the climate vacuum control manifold.

I measured the vacuum going to the manifold and it was only 4 inches. THe pod need 5-6 before it starts opening.

Diagnosing vacuum in the engine I found that if I disconnect the line to the vacuum control valve on the side of the IP and plug the line, vacuum goes up to 25 inches.

What part is replaceable? Do I have to replace the whole unit or what?
