Couple issues, input needed

Ok I got a couple things going on....
First issue- I have a pretty steady noise, not really squeal, but sounds maybe belt related, it is constant, doesn't change so it makes me think it is a belt as it goes around. What am I looking at to replace belts, and what are each of the belts called?
Second issue- noise coming from passenger side front wheel, not all the time, a clunk, here and there, makes me think it is possibly struts? Any other ideas or parts behind wheel that should be checked? And any write-ups or tips on these repairs?
Third issue- rear driver's side door handle seems to be coming apart, not at part of handle that comes towards you as you pull, but the left side of handle, is there a screw that needs to be replaced or do these just break off and can it be repaired without replacing whole handle and how easy is it to do?
Some water leaking on top right corner of passenger side carpet, any ideas where the leak could be? Not all the time, sometimes damp.
Interinjector fuel lines going to need replacing down the road, does anyone know these sizes?

It's a 1983 300D with 282,000 miles.
I have recently done brakes, rear diff fluid change, transmission service, oil change, valves have been adjusted and valve cover gasket replaced, all glow plugs replaced, coolant flush and new t-stat, power steering fluid change and filter. Fuel and air filters not due yet.
Any other parts, service I should be looking at that I have missed? Suggestions?
Car runs great, except for issues at top of post.
Thanks for any help!

Does the engine noise change with engine RPM?

Check all front suspension bushings. Also, a loose shock is possible.

Water most likely is from a bad windshield seal, but also check for rust on firewall behind battery and in hood hinge cavity.

The inside door release handle is made of pot metal and can wear out. They're cheap & easy to replace. Phil should be able to find you one.

Engine noise doesn't change in terms of RPMS, sounds the same at driving speeds and idle.

Door handle is actually outside handle not interior, sorry forgot to specify!
