Side/Parking lights, X-mas tree set up?

Hey all, this is really a quick question. My side parking lights never worked which was a bummer, but yesterday as I cleaned each fuse and all the ports, I noticed the fuse for the parking lights had a crack in the middle, almost half broken and the port was nasty, so I'm thinking this may have been the problem.

I'm missing one bulb, and was wondering are the parking/side lights set up that way? Do they need all the bulbs to turn on or will they still turn on regardless if one is out? I want to know before I purchase 7$ worth of bulbs lol. Thanks everyone!

The bulbs are all wired in parallel.
