617 Delivery Valve Leak & Repair

Hey everyone,

Over the weekend I decided it was a good time to replace the nozzles on my one SD. While removing the hard lines from the IP to the injectors, the #2 line did not want to budge...

I believe it might have been cross threaded on to the delivery valve fitting or something as when I attempted to remove it the delivery valve spun and not the nut on the hard line.

I attempted to tighten the valve back down however fuel is now leaking out at base of the fitting and top of the plate--right around the raised circular portion of 53.



So I'd like to attempt to repair this..I'm not exactly sure what is broken..perhaps a seal tore?

Regarless I am going to need to replace metal hard line #2 as, in order to remove the fitting from the delivery valve I will have to bend the hard line so that I can remove the fitting and then use a bench vise to seperate the hard line and fitting. I've tried two-man two-wrench method while and didnt even budge..

So at minumum: a replacement #2 injector hard line. some injector seals?

I dont believe many places sell injector hard lines specific for the SD. So probably a junk yard?
