I used to sell Beck Arnley when I worked at Napa. In terms of quality they are not too bad but not the best - I'd place them in between store brand and (old) bosch, if this helps at all.

They are substantially a "reboxer," so their quality is highly variable from one part to the next. Certainly as good as OE in some cases, other times not even close.
