'95 E300 Factory Block Heater

I recently bought this car from Southern California and the owner's manual states that it has a factory installed block heater that came standard in the car. However, it states that a dealer must install a power cord. Has anyone done this? It sounds like something that would be easy to do. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Thanks Nate.
The detail in that post is pretty sweet.

Althought the cord with two prongs as pictured in that post will work, I prefer the original style one with the ground tang and screw-on sealed connection, bought my last one from a Detroit Diesel dealer was manufactured by Zerostat (sp?).
