oh, sweet. i don't actually have color printing capability, but there's no shortage of sticker-making dudes on ebay--i bet if i emailed one of them this pic, they could make me an entire sheet of stickers for dirt cheap

I need a sticker that says "diesel fuel only". There isn't one on the trunk fuel door flap.

Although I feel like the trunk badge should be more then enough.

MB doesn't produce the original red/white DIESEL decal any longer.
Instead the black/white superseded it and this is how it looks like now... even though it's a different shade, its purpose remains justified.

okyoureabeast,
You might be able to get a sticker like that from a diesel supplier or truck parts seller. My experience is though that it wont do much good as some of those who fill your tank can not read any way. I think that's why they made the petrol nozzle smaller so that the cretins could not put diesel in a gasser. We need some sort of device that detects the petrol nozzle being lifted from the pump and gives an audio warning to the attendant "DONT PUT THAT CRAP IN THIS CAR YOU IDIOT"

I wish, our pump that's strictly winter blended #2 got used several years back by a cart boy to "top off the tanks." The nozzle is sized the same as a gas nozzle, and the fool topped off nearly 30 golf carts with diesel. Nevermind that we don't have a single diesel golf cart on the property... That was a fun day of draining tanks, cleaning spark plugs and generally spending too much time looking up the arse-end of a club car.

Actually, since we rented the entire fleet...the most fun part was seeing how well they'd run on "dieseline" and how much damage running one with the choke engaged all the time did. Draining them and getting them back to ferrying our sept/octogenarian golfers around, that was secondary.

Thanks to a local MBCP member, I have mine

Somebody mentioned it will peel off after several fill-ups, but so far it's been good. It's been on the car for a few years now.
