Is there a forum online that is just dedicated to w123 owners? When i had my 450sel, i always visited w116.org. Is there a need for a dedicated w123 forum? Just an idea .......

yeah, this is it. we just lump all w123-related questions into diesel discussion, since most w123's were diesels.

I thought there was w123 club overseas, not sure about an entire forum though.

Jeballes has it right. If i'm having trouble finding stuff on here I go to Benzworld and use their search.

MBCA also has a pretty good W123 forum. One of the members had a W123 club as well, but he got busy with other things and it's gone by the wayside.

A forum focused on the engine type (diesel) makes more sense to me than a forum focused on the chassis type (W123) as most problems are related to the engine rather than the chassis. This diesel section also encompasses many non diesel specific issues that come up in the W123 and W126 diesel cars. Being a diesel focused forum, it does not exclude the W126 folks, and there are many similar issues with the W123 and W126 diesel automobiles.
