Faulty Codes, maf.glows,accelerator etc...

Hello, as I had no boost for awhile as I broke my MAF and got another on fleebay but still no boost, I was told to get the codes and here we are. If they could be explain in details to me that would be great. Thank you.
P1481: glow plug
P1482: N14/2 glow output stage
P1403: Exhaust gas recirculation ( I have Evan's Mod, will at burned when I was playing with the wires on the MAF? I reconected the EGR at the solenoid but still no boost?)
P0100 B2/5 Hot film MAF sensor ( I have a different MAF then the original one?)
P1630: Drive authorisation
P1470 Faulty behaviour of intake pressure or of change pressure control
P1222 R25 IFI/ DFI accelerator pedal position sensor
Thank you all to clarify this to me.
Olivier

Olivier,
I had what I think is a similar problem on my 98 210. I had very poor performance and rough running behavior. I got many codes most of which were EGR and MAF related. When running worst I also got a "multiple cylinder misfire" code. After replacing both (MAF,EGR) more than once I finally took it to an Indy who had a scanner that would pull more codes than my Ebay version. He came up with a "driver error" code in the engine control module. Turns out one of the drivers for the engine management computer had gone bad and was creating all kinds of strange trouble codes to be tripped, and causing the horrible performance. I got the control module reprogrammed and it has been great ever since.

I thought this might be something to look into. Good luck, when running right they are great cars.

Cheers Muleears,
How did you get the control module reprogrammed? Was it through a STAR?

No, it was through another company, I can find out who if you like, I believe they are in California. They actually swapped modules. I sent mine and they sent me a reprogrammed one. The difference was amazing. I had forgotten how fast the car was.

I am in the Scotland, might be a wee difficult to get it from California.
Cheers.
I know what you mean about forgetting, I am driving a slug for a week or 2 now, which actually is not too bad now as we are snowed under, less boost, less slippage...
But I love to have it back.Wroom wroom...

Muleears if you could dig that reference up it would be helpful.

I wonder if anyone has gone as far as to reporgram an ECM for biodiesel use, although I'm not sure what parameters would change from dino fuel.

If you get the Bosch number & google it, you can come up with a Chinese manufacturer, they will list the other applications. Then you can go chase them as it will be compatible.

Thank you Layback for all the search. our messages just crossed as we posted minutes only apart.
I am OK at the moment, it was a fuse. I am going for a long spin now, this will tell if the MAF handle it.
All the best.
