Would something like this work OK?

My block heater cord has a ground...I know this b/c I had to repair it last weekend. I had a crack just above the plug, so I cut it off and put on a new plug end.

The end that plugs into the block is square, IIRC.

Where can I get a cord for it? Or a converter, or something so that I can use it?
