On the 3 injector it's looks like I'm miss a washer because all of the other injector holes have it. Any help is welcome

I believe you are talking about the crush washers that are only used once when you take out your injectors. If that is the case, you will need to replace all off them. They are pretty cheap, but it would also be a good idea to clean your injectors and have them pop tested while they are out.

That is called a heat shield, and they are like the crush washers...need to be replaced after an injector is pulled out.

There aren't your typical crush washers persay, they are heat shields but also crush washers that seal up to the injector nozzle. There should be one in each hole for the injector. They are glorified washers that need to be replaced each time intjectors are installed. They protect the inject nozzle from the heat of the engine. Sometimes they come out with the injector sometimes they stick to the bottom of the hole and have to be pulled out.

NAPA won't have 'em, but internet warehouses will, click on the "BUY PARTS" button at the top.

The heat shield is item #53 in the pic.
The new heat shield will most likely not be plated and be a black or grey color.
The older VW Rabbit Diesles and my Volvo Diesel use the same Heat Shields.
NAPA shows them on their internet site. they have the large and small holed ones. (I looked it up for my 84 300D.)
I did a search for "injector" and along with Injectors it was listed listed as: Diesel Fuel Injector Heat Shield
