Help to identify more parts

1985 300D turbo

Can someone identify this part and tell me what the function of this is and what should the vacuum read on each outlet? if any??? the brown line.....is this part of the engine shut off? It is shutting off with the key but a little rough. Looks like most of the lines are leading over to the air filter side, (they are coming into this part and exiting out to the other side) is there a diagram somewhere other than the door locks and a/c......these seem to be the only ones I can find.........does anyone know what the different color coded lines do?
