A couple years ago I was doing allot of swapping around of engines and trannys in 240Ds, and getting allot of "bleeding"in then someone mentioned you could hang the clutch slave up out of the way and not break into the system, when swapping trannies, DOH...

I'll give that a try too, the worst thing for me about doing that master is getting up under there
